Beautiful! Looks just like classic Genovese except it’s almost black. Sweetly fragrant and delicious. Bring on the purple pesto! Height 16-20″. Mild, sweet anise flavor. Very ornamental, makes a nice cut flower. Medicinal Uses: A natural disinfectant, Basil also helps settle the stomach and improve the appetite.
