Arctic King is tender, crisp and juicy. Light green outer leaves and a tight, lime green center head. Butter head type lettuce. This lettuce gets its name from its ability to withstand the winter cold with minimal cover. Very reliable and a sure winner for early spring salads! A rare and hard to find lettuce.
